How to use the answers
For grooming, ask how much time you personally spend practising and who intervenes when a task is unsafe. For training and behaviour, ask whether the offer teaches beginners or assesses existing experience. IAABC, for example, is an assessment body rather than the provider of the training leading to its credentials. Do not compare an advanced assessment with an introductory class by price alone.
If a provider describes a certificate as “international,” ask who recognizes it, for which role and in which country, and request an official source. “Not confirmed” is a valid result in your worksheet. Ask two target employers whether the course is relevant to their opening, and keep their answers separate from any legal recognition claim.
