These Terms explain how PetCareers may be used by job seekers, employers, and visitors, including account rules, publishing standards, and payment-related conditions.

1. Scope of the service
PetCareers is operated by Geist Marcin Mrotek, UL. JASTRZEBIA 81, PL-86-021, ZOLEDOWO, Poland, NIP: PL9671330120, REGON: 341510234. The platform is focused on the pet industry and enables employers to publish job advertisements and manage applications, while job seekers can browse offers, save listings, and apply for roles.
Using the platform means you agree to these Terms and to any additional policies referenced on this website, including our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account and for keeping your login credentials secure.
Accounts are personal to the registered user unless we explicitly support team or delegated access. You may not impersonate another person or organization.
- Users must be at least 18 years old or use the platform through a legally authorized representative.
- You must keep your email address current so we can contact you about account or security issues.
- We may suspend or restrict access where we detect fraud, abuse, or Terms violations.
3. Employer responsibilities
Employers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of all company profiles, job advertisements, compensation details, application settings, and contact information published through PetCareers.
If you post on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that company.
- Job ads must describe genuine, lawful opportunities.
- Employers must not publish misleading, discriminatory, or deceptive content.
- Where local law requires disclosures such as compensation details or information clauses, employers are responsible for including them.
4. Job seeker responsibilities
Job seekers are responsible for the information they submit in profiles, applications, CVs, and messages sent through the platform.
Applications should only contain information the applicant is comfortable sharing with the relevant employer and that is necessary for the recruitment process.
- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful materials.
- Do not submit false identities, fabricated experience, or misleading documents.
- Do not misuse employer contact details or communication tools.
5. Content standards and moderation
We may review, edit, refuse, suspend, or remove content that breaches these Terms, violates applicable law, creates legal or reputational risk, or undermines the reliability of the platform.
Administrative moderation, seeded listings, or support actions do not mean we assume responsibility for the underlying accuracy of content provided by users or third parties.
6. Paid services and packages
Some employer features may require payment, a package, or a valid promotional code. Pricing, package limits, included locations, and other commercial terms are presented during the ordering flow.
Unless stated otherwise in a specific offer, payments are due at the time of purchase and may be processed by external payment providers such as Stripe.
- Purchased services are tied to the account or company profile used for the order.
- Package credits, features, and publication durations are limited by the selected plan.
- Refund rights, if any, depend on applicable law and the circumstances of the order.
7. Intellectual property
PetCareers, its branding, site design, and platform software remain our property or the property of our licensors.
You retain ownership of content you upload, but you grant us a non-exclusive, limited license to host, display, process, and distribute that content to operate and promote the platform.
8. Liability and availability
We work to keep the platform available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or the success of any recruitment process.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PetCareers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from use of the service, including hiring outcomes, missed opportunities, or third-party actions.
9. Changes and termination
We may update the service, these Terms, or available features as the platform evolves. Material changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or limit access where required for security, legal compliance, or enforcement of these Terms.
