No. PetCareers operates the service and its integration environments. Your team connects your own software to the hosted API using the access enabled for your application.
Production access requires approval, agreed commercial terms and the relevant clinic permissions. Sandbox testing does not automatically enable production. MCP and OAuth client availability are confirmed separately.
