The New Employer package gives first-time employers Plus-level visibility at a launch price, so new companies can start hiring with featured placement, automatic boosts, and support for multiple locations from their first campaign.
Who can use it
This package is shown only to companies that have not purchased any job ad package yet. Once used, your account continues with the regular Starter, Plus, and Advanced options.
What is included
You get the same core exposure as Plus: up to 3 locations per ad, featured visibility in listings, advanced analytics, and 3 automatic boosts for each published job ad.
How it works
If your company is eligible, the package appears directly in pricing and checkout. Choose the number of ads you need, complete payment once, and use the credits whenever you are ready to publish.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long are job listings active?
All job listings are active for 30 days from the date of publication. You can extend them with our Refresh option.
What are automatic boosts?
Automatic boosts move your job ad to the top of search results. New Employer and Plus ads are boosted automatically every 7 days (3 times total), and Advanced ads every 5 days (5 times total).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our secure Stripe payment processing.
