Veterinary Surgeon

St. Peter’s Vets is seeking a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon in Petersfield. This full-time role offers 40 hours over four days, with weekend work currently approximately one in 4.5 and time off in lieu. There are no night shifts, with a dedicated night team on site.

The role can combine medicine and surgery or focus on consulting and medicine. Applicants should be comfortable with sole charge, efficient consultations and basic surgery, and provide excellent client care. The practice offers laparoscopic surgery, endoscopy, orthopaedic and visiting ophthalmology support.

Salary is advertised at £42,000–£60,000 depending on experience; confirm the pay basis and contract terms directly. Benefits include 6.6 weeks of holiday, a £1,750 annual CPD allowance, funded memberships, VDS cover, health cash plan, enhanced parental leave and discounted veterinary fees.
