Only people with a recruitment marked as hired in PetCareers can submit, after confirming they worked there. This records a platform relationship, not independent proof of employment. One response per person and company. Moderators review responses. Public scores require at least five eligible people, are rounded to half points, and never display individual responses. Open appeals temporarily hide the score.
