Clinical Director

Tower Vets in York is seeking a Clinical Director to lead its small animal practice across three sites. Work with the senior team on clinical standards, people management, operations and business development, with support from the Practice Manager and wider support team.

You must be an MRCVS and a confident clinician able to support junior colleagues, communicate clearly and prioritise effectively. Leadership experience is helpful but not essential; training and mentoring are provided.

Full-time and part-time working patterns are considered. Salary starts at £65,000, depending on experience. Benefits include £1,750 and five days of clinical CPD, additional leadership training, 6.6 weeks of holiday pro rata, health support, pension and life insurance.
