People and Operations Lead

Amii is hiring a People and Operations Lead to help build its pet records and claims product.

The role

Manage recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination and people processes. Help establish fair, accessible working practices as the team grows.

About you

People operations experience in a small or growing business and working knowledge of UK employment practice. CIPD and remote-team experience are helpful, not essential.

Terms

Full-time, remote within the UK, with occasional travel. Advertised salary band: £50,000–£65,000. Confirm pay period, weekly hours and contract terms with the employer. Bracknell is the registered office location; the role is UK-remote.
