Customer Support Lead
Amii is hiring a Customer Support Lead to help build its pet records and claims product.
The role
Support pet owners by email and chat with records and claim paperwork, improve help content and pass recurring issues to the product team. This role does not provide veterinary advice.
About you
Customer support experience, excellent written English, patience and sound judgement. Veterinary practice or insurance experience is helpful.
Terms
Full-time, remote within the UK. Advertised salary band: £32,000–£42,000. Confirm pay period, weekly hours and contract terms with the employer. Bracknell is the registered office location; the role is UK-remote.
