Fundraising Director

Animal Defenders International is recruiting a Fundraising Director in London to develop income for its animal protection programmes.

The role

Lead fundraising strategy, donor relationships, grants, corporate partnerships and appeals. Manage the fundraising team, campaign calendar, income reporting and supporter data.

About you

You will need at least four years of charity fundraising planning and management experience, a relevant degree or equivalent experience, strong written English and a successful record in direct response fundraising. Data management, donor systems and staff leadership skills are essential.

Terms

Permanent, full-time employment. Salary: £70,000 a year, subject to appropriate experience and qualifications. Hybrid working: three office days and two remote days. Benefits include 20 days’ annual leave, public holidays, five days’ Christmas–New Year office closure and a stakeholder pension.
